Kiln Fired Tile Designs

Kiln fired tile transfers are ceramic transfers which become permanent part of the tile once they have been put through a kiln firing process. They are easy to apply and can be applied onto a wide range of wall tiles allowing a freedom of choice when combining design, tile colour and texture. Once the transfers have been applied they are placed into the kiln and fired at temperatures between 780 and 800 degrees Centigrade.

Having your own kilns and buying transfers reduces your stock volume without reducing your range. Calculating of borders, decors and panels when buying pallet deals is reduced, for with transfers you only have to decorate when the design is ordered by the customer. This avoids you being left with factory decors and borders when all the plain tiles are sold.
